Just returned from fab holiday at illa dor apts and also miramar; great place, 3rd time back and probably again in future.
Excellent service at illa dor and bar by beach. Too good, easy to spend!!

Im looking for apartments for next year where are the illa dor? How big are they we need 2 apartments preferably next to each other on the ground floor?

Is there a pool?

Club Illa d'Or is behind the hotel Illa d'Or - see http://www.puertopollensa.com/hotels_apartments_pollensa.html#clubillador for more info. I assume that you may also be able to use the facilities of the hotel?

we have stayed at the illa dor apartments only once

they are very good and of a decent size, the ground floor ones are particulary good as they open onto the pool area

you can use all the facilities in the hotel also that are 1st class

a couple of down sides we thought though, the apartments in high season are very expensive, i think we payed about £1800 for 2 weeks for 4 of us and that was a few years ago now

also the illa dor hotel itself is not really geared towards kids as most of the guests are middle aged without kids

Regarding the one bedroom (sleeps up to 4) Club Illa d`Or apartments which are directly behind the wonderful 4*hotel - these are exclusive to Travel Club of Upminster - booking on line or directly with them over the phone - accom only or package. This winter they are having a total refurbishment and they will re-open 1st April 2009 with the hope that they will be some of the most modern and attractive apartments in the North of the Island. The beautiful pool and gardens will remain unchanged and are exclusive to clients of the apartments.
