I don't quite understand your comment. Do you mean that by not serving food quickly equates to bad service? As the saying goes, there's no such thing as time, and what seems like an age for some people isn't for others. There used to be complaints about Maxims where the staff rushed you through your meal and were ready to put your main course on the table as soon as you'd finished your starter. It's hard to please everybody but I don't think the hard working staff at Los Z can be accused of poor service.

Exactly the point well spotted Debz always writes a true picture as she said time is of no consequence when on holiday, relax and enjoy.
