Last night we were invited to La Celtika for a pre-opening dinner. This was a 5 course tasting menu accompanied by a selection of Mallorcan wines (Bicicleta), it was all fish/seafood (except the desert which was mango and home made mango ice cream) all was beautifully cooked and presented by owner/chef Yann who explained what was in every dish. We sat with Yann's very charming aunt and uncle who are French but thankfully they spoke quite good English.
Yann told us that this year he plans to serve only fish and seafood and the best locally sourced ingredients so this will not be a restaurant for carnivores.
On our experience of last night i would not hesitate to recommend La Celtika which will open for the season this Saturday
