Has anyone stayed in Las Velas this year yet , just wondering if the new bypass road is actually up and running as it passes right outside the Las Velas Apartments does anyone have any info I am just wondering about the noise level from the road as we are booked to stay in Las Velas in July , we stayed there last year and the pool area was so peaceful hope the new road is not too noisy.
