Can anyone tell me if there is a bowls green at santa ponsa, my husband has just been speaking to a fellow bowler who assures him he played at one in santa ponsa,we have only ever heard of Talberts which i think is near Magaluf.Shame there isnt one in the north of the island.

There is a bowls green at Playa de Palma as well as Talberts nr. Magaluf.

I have been told that there is / was a lawn ball green near Pollensa.

My late father in law played bowls in the Pollensa area back in about 2001 at a club with a artificial grass green.
I can't help anymore than that.

There was one over on the east coast, I remember a number of people used to go by mini bus there to play but I cannot remember where, that was to the end of the 1990s

I am pretty sure that it was at Betlem, but has been closed for some time.

I am really surprised there is not one on the island , considering there are plenty on the mainland .
