Hi Everyone,

Myself and my hubby live in Murcia, Spain and spend as much time as we can
popping across to Puerto Pollenca, we love it there,
Since we visit so often we have been thinking about renting and thought we would start and ask for some good advise and suggestions.

Welcome to the forum.

The majority of individual properties advertised on our Private Rentals Page are for short term holiday lets although a few accept long-term ones.

I would suggest that you contact the Local Rental Agents as many of these are Estate Agents who deal with long-teerm lets as well. Do let us know how you get on.
