Long Term Rentals

Am looking at prices for a long term apartment (for 1 year) for my wife and me and 2 daughters. Ideally I'd like to book direct with an owner. I have emailed some of the companies on this site but thus far no replies.

Most of the private rentals on this site will be for holiday lets. For long term rentals try the local agents Rent Villas, Apartments from Agents in Puerto Pollensa, Mallorca Majorca If you don't get replies to emails, do telephone them. Some have been closed over the holidays so may have a backlog of email!

I'm sure you have thought of this but the D.B. Maybe good for long term rentals. You could place your own ad too if you wished.

Also another idea - perhaps some of the property maintenance/cleaning companies may have contacts as they are in the know.
