long term stay

Hi all,
We are considering a long term rental of perhaps 12 months in Puerto Pollensa so we can come and go as we please.
Just wondering if anyone has done this or do you know anyone who has ?
Any advise on where to begin would be very useful .

If you are still looking, our tenant has just given notice on our 3 bedroom apartment in Cecili Metel in Pollença. Top 4th floor, roof terrace, no lift.

Thank you BigSal, but we have decided not to do the long term rent. It would have been very convenient but the accommodation we were interested in was just too expensive, a lot cheaper to rent out similar standard of accommodation for the 9-10 times we will be staying. The prospect of the long term rental was very appealing but just too costly.
