Hi everyone,

My husband and I are big fans of Puerto Pollensa - and have holidayed there for the past 2 years with our 2 small children. We are returning again in June 2011 and will be bringing my parents with me. My Dad will be celebrating his 50th birthday during our stay and I really want to arrange a surprise treat or activity for his special day. I have already booked us a table for dinner at 'Stay' restaurant but want something to wow him during the day......he is into superbikes, fast cars etc....and in the past they have hired speedboats when on holiday and toured the Greek islands so they are relatively adventurous. Would anyone have any ideas/suggestions?

I was thinking about maybe hiring a large speedboat for the 6 of us for the day (with skipper)...or does anywhere hire out supercars (ferraris etc)...or Harley Davidsons (as my mum won't travel on a superbike anymore!). Any suggestions of websites I could visit would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks x

Ferrari or Porche Hire

You could try

VIP LOTECA noble cars
Cami Rafael del Polls 13
07320 Santa Maria, Mallorca
Tel. +34 971 62 04 14
Fax. +34 971 62 04 14

I think they hire Ferraris and Porches.

If you want to hire a Harley, try http://www.rent-big-twins-mallorca.com/gb/willrent1.htm
they seem to have a selection.

I hope this is useful.

Cheers!

Frito:)

Hi Guys,

Thanks so much for your advice...I have had a look at the other thread relating to supercar hire...they don't appear to have a website, which is a shame but I will leep on trying to find a link to them. I have also e-mailed the 'big twins' guys twice via their website and am waiting for a reply...the only downside is that they require a 3,000 euro deposit, which may be a stretch too far!

The most likely lead so far has come via a website called majorcaboatcharter.com...they can offer a speedboat for a half day session with skipper, petrol, drinks & waterports included at 570 euros - does anyone know this company - they apparently collect from outside Stay restaurant and a guy called Vincent skippers the boat and has responded to my e-mail??

Thanks again for the advice & Links.

Lisa
