Hi first time posting here and wondered are there many bars where you can just stay for drinks/ cocktails?..Always feel a bit awkward when tables are set for food so just tend to trolly on by.

Loads of option for a drinks only evening in the Port. If you are looking for value I would strongly recommend Bonys in the square. As long as you are buying a drink they will always find you a seat. Extensive menu and great spot to watch the comings and goings in the Square. For a more up market drink our go to place is the Orange Lounge which is at the far end of the Daina Hotel pool. Usually have a live singer or band and a really good selection of drinks including cocktails.

I would welcome contribution of others as we are always looking for new ideas during our annual July pilgrimage,

Bars - Tecun, Arux, Mully's, O'Hara's, Neptuno, La Bodeguita, Cafe d'eu Moll, La Taberna, La Cantina La Llonja and most of the back street bars

Maybe also try the Gintoneria bar which has just reopened. It used to be very popular for cocktails when it was called Nostalgia. Now one of the very good local restaurants (Osteria no. 15) has taken it over.. They will have live music there on some evenings, including this Friday 24 April 2026.
