La Piazza is an Italian restaurant in the square in PP and is owned by the same people who run Maxim's.
The day we went was very hot and the whole square was sleepy and quiet with only a few people venturing out.
The waiter here was great with my son and kept teasing him as we ordered drinks and looked at the menu which was heavy on the pizzas and pasta.
We ordered both and the food was delicious and the portions ample. In fact it was much much later before I ate again that day, so make sure you have an appetite before you go and try the pizza!
We also enjoyed the crusty bread and Italian breadsticks that came before the meal with the juicy olives.
