Management Fees

Can anyone give me an idea of the typical charges for building management ( the sort of thing I am talking about is key holding, sorting things out if there is a disaster ) and for cleaning and laundry

We pay Martin Aplin (of whom more can be found elsewhere on this site) 495 Euros + IVA per year for inspection visits, keyholding, sorting minor maintenance issues etc for our apartment. I believe a villa costs more.

We also have Martin to take care of our apartment and he s great, nothing too much trouble. Also the cleaners he uses are excellent and very thorough.

Glad to be helpful. We have only just started our contract with Martin, but so far so good. Our first clean is taking place this week so we will let you know how it goes. He has quoted us around 100 euros for cleaning and laundry for a 2 bed apartment, based on maximum occupancy of 4 people.
