Saddened to learn about Lyn and her husband.

Don't know her recent habits but El Posito was her local go to.

Perhaps a member in the Port at the moment could pay a visit and enquire of Tony Gonzalez ((the owner). if he has any knowledge, and give us a heads up. 😊
It was Tony who went to their apartment and then called the police and fire brigade to get into the apartment.

I’ve been in contact with Simon, Colin’s son, who has told me that thankfully Lyn is now much better and looking to make a good recovery. Colin is being well cared for and closely monitored .
This is such good news for all of us who have been very concerned about them.Hopefully our dear friend sparky will be back on the forum shortly.
Lots of love to you both if you’re reading this sparky ā¤ļø

That's such good news. They've both been on my mind and hoping all would be fine.
Thank you for the update. If you are contacting them please pass on my good wishes from Scotland

Most excellent news!
Thank you for sharing the update.

Will keep my fingers crossed and keep both of them in my thoughts.

Thanks for sharing the update Debz. Like everyone, they have been in my thoughts. It is good that Lyn is much better, and hopefully Colin gets there soon.

Hi everybody

I managed to speak to Lyn briefly this morning!

She is still in hospital, as is Colin, but you'll be pleased to hear they're doing OK.
She's had a tough time, but she wants to reassure you all that she's getting there.

I told her that they were both in everybody's thoughts.ā¤ļø

Thank you for the update.
I think of them often, wondering how they are doing. Glad to hear they are both getting there.
Slow and steady makes for a good recovery....

Very sad to hear this news, hope both are well, sending our love to both of them, any updates? Stephen xx

Due to my temporary absence from PP and the lack of information
I’m totally horrified, angry and sad that this has been posted! Not only by someone who doesn’t know Lyn, but who has sent a complete stranger to go to the hospital and ā€œdelve into the situationā€. How this person was allowed to see her is beyond me. This is a total invasion of privacy!!
I’ve known Lyn for over 20 years from the early days of the forum. I have spoken to her, and she specifically asked me not to go into detail about the sad turn of events. This post has upset me so much. That you could think it decent to post details on a forum about a person in such a vulnerable condition, that you don’t even know, is absolutely disgusting and cruel.
