Montelin.

I have just booked the Montelin for August 2013 and I see they are being refurbished. Has anyone stayed in them since. I believe the works have started and should be finished early May. Just wondered if they are as smart as the pictures portray. JulieP

Juliep my apartment is opposite the Montelin and they are completely gutting and refurbing the whole place. They are working flat out and I'm sure it will look great when it's finished. Solar panels went on the roof today

Montelyn is just behind us so walked round to have a look today. They seem to be about to put some doors on .....which is a good sign

Fantastic, sounds like the apartments will be amazing when they're finished and I know they're in a quiet street as we've stayed in the Villa Concha on a previous visit.. Cant wait to come back as it will be our 4th visit

When we left last Friday it looked as if there was quite a lot to do but it was 'all hands to the deck' so I'm sure everything will be fine for you. I just hope the bad weather hasn't delayed them
