Thank u for the Yacht Club tip We will try it next time we are there I do find there are too many Rests to chose from !

Got to be Paradilla de Cordero - shoulder of lamb at La Goleta.
Stunning dish.:)

First night......HAS to be a pizza in Little Italy:) Simple pleasures;)

It was where we ate the very first night we arrived in PP and has become a tradition ever since:) Roll on 15th July

Such a traditional lot we are !

Funny how we have our fav restaurant's that we must visit on the first night.
It must be something to do with the long wait to get to PP and us all picturing in our minds what it will be like!

Thanks for all the replies; one or two dishes I must give a try - no way will we have chance to fit them all into a fortnight!
As Scotslizzy mentions it is amazing how many have "first night tradition" restaurants. The more people I speak with the same applies to their last night in the port, in our case we always eat our last meal in the Coral Bar, probably because we stay so close by.
3 weeks to go!

Bar Coral: Shouldeer of lamb
Rumbo: Albondigas
La Roda: Home made hamburger
Los Faroles: John Dory
Pollensa Golf: Club Sandwich
O'Lume: Ravioli with Mushrom
Tolos. Chefs Salad
Hells Kitchen. Grilled entrecote steak
Na Ruixa: Mussels

On the topic of first night traditions, our is always Little Italy, great pizzas and not too fat to walk from Playa Mar....and it will be on my birthday this year!

Our first meal is always at the Corb Mari, great steaks, chicken & fish
house wine very drinkable. The complimentary sausage to start things
off has been a tradition there for 30 years, it's not cheap but hey your
on holiday. The bistro outside is also worth a visit as the same kitchen
prepares the food, alas no sausage served !

Got to be O'Lume - baby squid followed by sea bass baked in salt. Or, for lunch, Brisa Marina - baby squid again, followed by fish of the day. I'm also very partial to their set menu, especially if it features lentil soup.

If we want to spend slightly more my dream meal is duck livers with fruit and then suckling pig at the Siller. Absolutely delicious.
