It is the first time we are booking a villa on its own we usually buy as part as a package. Does anyone have any experience of this. We have to give a deposit, I believe this is usual but we dont want to find out a problem when we get there! Has anyone been to villa Can Pou? Or seen it? We have booked through a company called Sol in Puerto Pollensa, does anyone know it? Would appreciate your feedback. Any advise on the best places to go and things to do, we have booked for mid june. Cheers!

Hi,

please don't worry about paying a deposit to SOL Inmobiliaria. They are a well established estate agent with offices in both Pollensa town & the port. We also bought our apartment through them.

I'm afraid I don't know the actual villa you are renting.

For advice on what to do, just browse thru the web site www.puertopollensa.com and enjoy your holiday!

Many thanks for your comments, much appreciated.
If anyone has stayed at the villa or knows of it, I would love to hear your comments (good or bad!)

Sol are a reputable company and a deposit is usual.
If you ask for the address or location of the villa we will have a look out for it when we are back in May.

Thanks

Thanks for your reassurance.
The villa is in between pollensa and p.pollensa. Someone from the company has said they will take us and show us the villa the first day, so that helps us rather than trying to find it ourselves!
