Snowy, i just happened to be in the right place at the right time.:D

Hey, next time you fall across some town hall officials enjoying a vino give us all a call and we can ask the 1001 questions that we all have for them . . . .. . . Well done you got an answer - of sorts!!!!

Does anyone know what time the wine festival closes on 17th as we are flying in around lunchtime and I am wondering whether if we get to the festival for 3pm it will be open

Pretty sure it still will be, although you maybe stepping over some prone bodies by that time! Parking will be the problem I would think though. When you drive there, as soon as you see a gap inthe road (although not in the middle of it )- park and walk!;)

Or I could just jump out of the car on our way from the airport ............. leave the rest of them to unpack and then get them to come and join me later

We went on the Sunday last year was open late we went to eat afterwards. We fly home Sunday Evening 17th so may just catch you for a quick one. Best to get Taxi.

Now this is not good news

SkyBlue Mallorca we've been informed that the Wine Festival will take place over the week-end of May 7-8 this year. More information coming soon on SkyBlueMallorca.com

OH NO....... best laid plans!!! We'll just have to arrange our own wine festival ....I'm sure they'll be enough of us ;)

Just goes to show! It doesn't matter who gets information or where.. the powers who be can change it any time.
Yes, I'm sure thats not going to put off any of us having a group wine tasting at some point though! ;)

Eleanor - when in Rome.......................;)

Think Mallorcan - drink Mallorcan!

Mmm - I think I've just come up with their new marketing campaign:D

OMG - caught out!! LOL GG! You are so right! But to be honest I really don't need much of an excuse to drink a nice glass or two but you are right - "Think Mallorcam - drink Mallorcan" - love it!

Great marketing campaign too! That should be their slogan!

still hopeful it might be the 16th and 17th fingers crossed

Excellent choice of wine - does it taste better on it's home ground?
