Dear Friends,

My new video about Puerto Pollensa is uploaded on youtube.
Great music by John Sokoloff. I will be glad your visits!

Beautiful as always :)

I think I recognise the three dogs on a boat, on your video at 1:17 as below:

Here is my picture from October 2012 of three dogs that where waiting for their owner who had rowed out in a little boat to bring a larger boat to the jetty, such cute dogs and the large dog at the front of the queue was guarding a rucksack ( that is just out of sight) and the little one knew to wait at the back.

They could be the same dogs and that's a great way to take the dogs for a walk.

Absolutely beautiful video.

Some of my favourite views of PP, can't wait to be walking along the front at night in a few weeks and seeing the views for real. Your video a good substitute in the meantime.

Star x
Thank you Star! I am so glad you like it!

Mark, It is really so! You have taken a photo of these wonderful dogs too.
It was a beautiful couple with three dogs. It was like they have created an atmosphere of love and friendship around them.
Although I think "a kindness" is the best word that I could write for them.

Thank you Mark. You have taken awesome photo!
I am very glad you like my new video.
Have a wonderful weekend! :)

I watched these earlier this year and was very impressed. Lots of familiar locations, and she really captures the holiday mood, especially in the first blog, when they are travelling to PP in the car.
Her choice of music fits perfectly. I must confess that Boogie Lights by Work Drugs has gained a place on my iPod due to Miss Henry!

I like the music as it makes the videos.

I don't have an ipod as I use spotify on my phone.

'boogie lights' is on the album Work Drugs - Absolute bearings for anyone searching spotify for it.

My favourites are video 1 and the last one, 13 the last day.

Just like our last night/day, favourite restaurant, slightly sombre drive back to the airport, airport food and drink and then the best bit is picking our Labrador up from the kennels when we are home.

The editing is great and the way the music changes on the drive back to the airport is perfect.

Toby woofs his approval - he says it is definitely the best bit of his holiday in the kennels.

1 down, 14 to go!! Loved the music on the first one already, as well as the video and chat, and lamb chops! May be taking a few coffee breaks today! ;)

Mark - I notice that you talk in the "first party" - "Our last day" and "picking up our labrador when we are home". Any relation to Emma, or are you simply using her title from the video blog? (I think that you are certainly from the same part of the UK)

Not related :D , it's just the way I wrote my posts using similar words/titles.

Emmas videos are just like my never ending photography and filming of life although I never get around to editing any videos and finding decent music... one day I will edit some videos...Always working and planning the next holiday..

Judging by Emma's accent and some clues in the English countryside in the videos I would guess Emma is near Bradford in West Yorkshire, I am in East Yorkshire near Beverley.

It's great to see some of the younger generation enjoying Pollensa and using computers for something more productive than facebook and tweeting.

My first experience of video editing was me and my dad cutting up Cine8 film with scissors and taping it back together with clear tape to edit the rubbish bits out, those where the days, long before computers :)

A few more from youtube.

A flyover.

Remember to change the settings to HD for the best picture quality.

I like those :)

Looking at the other videos by Jefferson Lord it is filmed with a camera mounted on a TBS Discovery pro quadcopter. That is great piloting especially when it will be out of site most of the time and battery life is less than 10 minutes.

When it gets lost and recovered just in time:

Great find, Mark! The HD clips are stunning on the iPad.
