Hi Sparky, I can confirm the rumour about the snack bar to be run by La Piazza/Maxims (heard it from the owners).

The smaller of the two amusement arcades has changed hands and is opening as a perfume shop,not sure of name could just see display stands inside. The beach to the front of the Daina and Miramar has been cleaned ready for visitors.

Yeehaaaaa, a step in the right direction. I hate those tacky amusement arcades. So reminiscent of many seaside towns over here. Yuk.......

Not yet Marilyn but there were signs of life at the weekend, so possibly will be open sometime this week .

The new owners of Mulligans have taken over and getting the place ready to open.
O'Haras had new terrace furniture delivered yesterday and very swish it looks too.
Bonys also had deliveries yesterday, Jose was putting his umbrellas up so i think he will open any day now.
Nachos has new owners, they are from Seville and are doing lots of tapas as well as meals, i have not been in yet but intend to visit at lunchtime. The place has been decorated and looks much brighter and cleaner.

I suppose the furniture had been there for a few years, it does deteriorate with the sun and wet, so it was probably time to replace it. Someone once told me that by law they have to change it every 5 years which i suppose makes sense, if chairs collapse under people they could suffer serious injury.
