Used BB code this time, as you can see it didn't work, sorry.

This is how i do it :-

Copy (Ctrl +C) the BB code from Flickr, then in the reply box on the forum i click on the globe/link icon, a box opens up but i don't use that i just click on the cross, the box disappears and then i paste (Ctrl +V), the code appears until i submit my reply and then the photo shows in the post.

It's like everything in life Fil, once you have done it a few times it's easy peesy , i struggled at first but i refused to be defeated by a machine, if at first you don't succeed............ .
