Residencia

Does anyone know the situation regarding the need for Residencia. We plan to move out to PP full time within the next four years, and I believe the situation has changed over the last year.
When, how and why should we apply. What are the pro's and con's etc.

Residencia is now not require just your passport to be able to live here. There is slight confusion as to how this now affects the benfits of like me already having a residencia - that is Cheaper travel within Spain, different bank account etc.

A local solicitor will be able to tell you exactly what and when you need to do (If anything) when you do decide to live here as the laws may have changed again.
