Resort Hoppa

This is really late due to a broadband problem on our return home! Arrived at Palma airport on Sunday 13th September, went to usual desk at airport to see what number bus we were on and we were redirected to another desk at the end of the airport, walking past loads of people before reality struck when we realised this was the queue for Resort Hoppa!!!!! Sure there must have been 4 or 5 hundred people in that queue!! Gave up and got a cab, anyone know what was happening? Have to say we have never had a problem before, used them on return leg to airport on the 24th and it was perfect, just to finish our holiday off though 17 hour delay for return flight!!

We had the same experience earlier in the year and vowed never to use them again.

Did you get refunds? When we had to wait 1.25 hrs we got a full refund

I'm a bit worried now. We arrive this Saturday and have booked Resort Hoppa as we've always found them pretty good in the past. Oh well, watch this space !
