Restaurant L´Hostel?

Just before you reach Menestralia when travelling on the old road there is a little restaurant on the left hand side of the road called`L'Hostel. It has been there years and has never looked open but it now has a sign outside advertising menu del dia for 8 euros. Has anyone yet been brave enough to give it a try?

We tried this restaurant a few years ago and found it delightful. I can't speak for how it is now though, but then it was what I can only describe as "casually chic rustic", if my memory serves me right. I remember some stone horse troughs on the wall. The food was good then too. Its just one of those places that you tend to drive past as it very rarely looks open, so we did eventually make an effort to stop, pushed open the door and made a booking. May have to do that again now you have reminded me!
