Hi Sparky, is there any indication on how popular the takeaways have been, are they making enough to make it worthwhile them opening , I assume some money coming in is better than being closers?

Obviously the Chefs and Cooks will be working but think of the Waiters and Waitresses who must be suffering.
I suggest leaving larger tips for them when we are able to return.

Obviously i can't speak for them all but last Saturday i tried to order fish and chips from Al Fresco and they had run out of fish on Friday because it was so busy and were waiting for a delivery. Judging by the many posts on FB they all seem to be getting custom but i don't know how much, the problem is that the locals won't have the money for takeaways because they are not working.

Nostalgia are also planning to open on Monday .

Of course we still don't know for sure if we are permitted to move to the next phase but hopefully it will happen .

Yes it will be nice but we are a bit apprehensive, baby steps or as they say here "Poco a poco" .

Many bars and restaurants are now open but with lots of restrictions .

Only time will tell if there are enough people with enough money to make it worth their while, fingers crossed and good luck to them all .
