Roberto the chef

Roberto the Chilian chef used to work at D'Arca in Old Town Alcudia and was famous for his steaks. Last year he also won a TV chef competition in Spain.

He is no longer at D'Arca, not is his partner Ava. Does anyone know where he is now?
