I hear from the news that Ryannair have dropped the idea of charging for using the loo. In order to squeeze in more seats, they are having "outside toilets" installed ! Not on the PMI flights I hope.

They have been discussing this on Radio 2!! Suggesting that they may have trouble with the Hen and Bachelor parties utilising odd corners of the plane!!
I think you will have to purchase a 10p token, credit cards only, £5 surcharge unless you have Visa electron!! unless you purchase tokens in advance.

What a daft idea, surely this would backfire on them. Passengers would not buy drinks on the flight because they will want to avoid paying to pee

We were talking about this at work today and we said that people will just pee in their seats when drinking alcohol!!!! Also there is usually a queue for the loo so someone would pay the £1 then surely everyone would hold the door for everyone following, this would mean a member of staff would have to police the door which wouldn't be very cost effective would it? I personally never go to the loo on a plane and wouldn't even take my children when they were little because I am too scared to move!

Is the next thing going to be........in case the cabin pressure drops you will have to pay a quid to get the oxygen mask to drop down or worse still pay to use the emergency exits, scary stuff guys.

Its all just tactics to make us forget about the fact that they will be allowing mobile phones on the planes soon! When that happens, we all just say "Well, at least we dont have to pay for the loos!"!!!!
