Sea front pool

Somewhere on the front, there is a pool jutting out to the sea. I`m guessing this belongs to a hotel, but can it be used if you buy a drink etc.
I don`t know the name.

I know lots of hotels allow this, but this is in such a nice place.

It's the Hotel Daina and we have often had drinks at the poolside bar, but i am not sure if they still allow you to use the pool .

Waterfront pool

The last time we went into the Lemon Bar of the Daina Hotel, we were advised that as non-residents we could only go in after 6pm.
