Shuttle Direct.

Hi folks. Hoping someone can enlighten me about Shuttle Directs return pick up times procedure. Have booked for my sister and she likes to know routine before she goes!
We've booked with them for first time after using Hoppa for many years but fed up with their service last year.
Do Shuttle Direct email/text return pick up time, or do we have to ring?

They email you - pickup is 3-4 hours before departure
You can also get the info from their website

I got text from them the day before with the time. This was just this week so up to date info. Again very reliable as I have said before.

After a very poor experience with Resort Hoppa ( pick up at 5.30 a.m. for 12 noon flight), we switched to Shuttle Direct last year - cannot fault them in any way!!

REPORT ON TRANSUNION TRANSFERS
Having just returned home we can report that our transfers with TRANSUNION booked through Shuttledirect.com were excellent. On arrival went to desk to the far left of Arrivals given voucher with Bus no. Boarded and waited no longer than 15 mins. One drop-off en route at Cala St Vicente then we were next stop in PP. For return journey, pick-up time of 17.00 hrs was texted to me 2 days before. Coach arrived 5 mins early and after 1 or 2 more pick-ups in the Port we were off to the airport and arrived exactly 2 hours before our flight. Excellent. Will definitely use them again.
