Hi everyone we are due to fly out next Friday, we are staying in an apartment and are using resort hoppa to get us there. They have emailed saying they will drop us off at a hotel in Alcudia. What would be the best way for us to then get to PP? I was thinking of car hire or a taxi, any advice is welcome.

Thank you

:confused::confused::confused:
Why on earth are they dropping you off in Alcudia if you're staying in PP? I use Resort Hoppa every year and when I book I give them the name of the nearest PP hotel to our apartment and that's where they drop us off.
When you booked your transfer, did you ask for Alcudia or PP?

I think you should contact Resort Hoppa and tell them that you are staying in PP, give them the name of the closest hotel to your apartment and request that they change your drop off/pick up place.

Something fundamentally wrong there. You definitely need to check the booking or get your money back and make alternative arrangements.

That's a new one!!

You must have made a mistake on your booking go online and amend your booking and put Puerto Pollenca as your destination and the closest hotel to were you are staying as the hotel name you should be able to do this online by amending the booking . I use them almost o a weekly basis. and often have to amend booking.

Yes, when you're staying in an apartment you need to select the nearest hotel for your drop-off and pick-up point as they will only drop-off/pick-up at the main hotels. Hope you manage to get it sorted! Let us know!

BTW I just noticed from your location that we live round the corner from each other (how spooky!) We arrive on Sunday. Enjoy!
