Taxi from aiport

[One for the Road]

Hi, any recommendations on taxi for 6 from airport to PP. Obviously need a larger vehicle, and prefer to use PP firms.

Think it was about 120 euro last time each way so no doubt prices have increased. Thanks

We paid €190 return for 5 people 2 weeks ago. They can take as many as you like.

I used Daniel Varon Romero, who seems to use FB as his medium. He specialises in the airport run, has a big Merc 8 seater and charges 110 for 5 + persons and 80 for 1-4 persons.

Conde looked a good choice but they don’t seem to go to Alcudia from the airport. Not sure why.

Any other thoughts for the airport transfer?

#6 I use Conde on each trip. Just checked their website and the 'do' have Alcudia as a destination in the dropdown for trips from the airport.

Are you using the correct website. There was confusingly another company a year or two ago that had the word Conde in its name.

The one to use is taxisconde (all one word) dot com

Yes I used that website and it has a drop down tab for Alcudia, but if you input this then the search fails. Works for Pollenca and PP but fails for other places too.. I have sent them an email

In the end, we used Jose Conde both ways and he was excellent

Every time we use Conde we have Lorenzo driving us. By the time we reach the port he has updated us with all the local gossip, events and people.

Are the quoted prices fixed?

We've booked taxis with Conde for this summer although we usually rent a car. Can anyone tell me if the prices they quote in the confirmation email is a fixed price (plus tip of course)? It's just that my daughter had a taxi booked earlier this week and the driver simply put the meter on from the airport. It cost €95 rather than the €80 originally quoted in the web booking. This was with RadioTaxis Pollensa.

I msgd mr Conde direct to see how busy he was and he said he's always got space for us so quickly grabbed flights for July.. £315 (for 2), ~£160 for taxi and £10 for Luton security fast track. Job jobbed.

We used Conde a few weeks ago & had excellent service. Milvia, our driver waited for us despite an extremely long delay in arriving. The price remained at 76 euros. It was at 3.30 am!! Cannot recommend them enough.
