Your good British well-priced food is always excellent and makes a change. You also sell Carling which is a BIG bonus!!!!

Why on earth do people spread rumours without making proper enquiries first? I find it so pathetic and it does no-one any good.

Agree completely and don't forget Can Balache don't just do British food, Tony'sTapas have also got a good reputation here.

Missed these rumours totally and so glad I did! We only met Bev and Tony for the first time this year and really enjoyed having a drink and tapas there.

I'm getting the impression that more restaurants are staying open during the winter this year. I do hope so. I remember Nacientes being open all winter a few years ago, and just had his family etc in anyway, with the tv on and almost a general living room at the end of the restaurant, then customers just came in and ate there with the lovely log fire. It probably didnt cost him much more in overheads than it would have done if he had closed up and just stayed at home!
Now THERE were some hot Padron Peppers!
