Tracing bar manager from 1986

I am visiting Pollensa with my parents in June and they are keen to trace a barman who looked after them very well when they visited every year between 1981-1986. I was pretty young at the time but I believe the bar was called the black cat and was at the top end of the square with outside seating. The gentlemans name was Juan(not much help i know!) and he was going to run the bar at Pollensa Golf when it opened. If anyone out there can help it would be appreciated as my dad would love to meet him again.

Hi,

do you mean Pollensa Town? as I think that the bar everyone knows as Cafe Espanol at the top of the square is also called 'Black Cat' (in Catalan). Or am I 'barking' up the wrong tree?
