Travellers Cheques

Hi, we will soon be holidaying in Puerto Pollensa and I would like to know if it is still easy to exchange travellers cheques or would I be better off using a pre paid currency card? I would prefer to use travellers cheques if possible ( just old fashioned!) Thanks.

There are several places which offer currency exchange and they all gives rates for both notes and cheques.not sure what ID is required though

The Santander branch used to change them but not sure if they still do. You could ring them in the UK and ask? Mind you you can't always rely on what they tell you! We have a UK Santander account so can use our debit card in the ATM with no charges
