A message from Trip Advisor has come up this morning with a thank you for our visit from a restaurant.Our report report is dated May 2016. the thank you is dated 2 days ago.
We have not visited this establishment since it changed ownership early 2018.
Something strange going on here.
I wont name the Restaurant But just say they are using another well respected Reputation and Family Endorsement to enhance there new business on reports on past service and hospitality. Check your Trip Advisor it might be happening to you.

I know you don't usually post yourself, but as your staff are on leave at least put it in the right section.

Madam " S ", you must excuse him, but he does not do menial tasks.

Be gentle with him.
I would normally recommend 9 lashes, but he has just been under the knife.

Ah, the cheek of some folk.
I also had a reply today thanking me for my wonderful review of his establishment and he was looking forward to seeing me again.

Just 2 small details he seems to have chosen to ignore.

I have never been to his restaurant in its current form and the review was from 2 years ago for a different owner and set up.

Still, Never let the truth get in the way of claiming plaudits for someone else.

I have no problem naming the establishment .
It was The Sol y Mar.

I have also logged a complaint with trip advisor.
