For info, here are the menus from the Illa D'or

I think that's the correct pronounciation. I say 'more teeetche' although the second 't' is practically silent.
We fancied Italian one night, so having heard good things about Centric we thought we'd try it for the first time. I always go for a bottle of Mortitx if I see it, so I did!
I went vegetarian, which is rare, but I fancied the risotto verdura. Unfortunately, I'd nearly eaten it before I took the photo! We had garlic bread to share, which is ok. My risotto though was very nice.

The Mrs had lasagne, no picture I'm afraid.
We finished off with two lovely berry pannacotta, again no pics as I forgot.
We capped off with two brandys. Overall it was a great experience and we'd certainly go back.
Here's the bill, it's a bit out of focus, as was I...!

Oh, and the service was very good.
We'd been to Bonys a few times for lunch, but on Wednesday with the market on I decided to go somewhere quiet. I'm happy I found Bar Romero.
I got settled in early and had a few bottles of Mahou, then the Mrs arrived. She had lamb cutlets which she enjoyed, I had a cheese salad baguette.
The man serving us was really nice, and the place had a nice vibe, and it was only €1.50 for a bottle of Mahou!
I'd definitely add this place to my list of lunch time drinking holes.

Great trio report shelf.life!
Love Centric and the food and service is top notch
Although I'm also not vegetarian I try and not eat meat a couple of times a week. I've had the risotto verdura twice this visit and I agree its very good![]()
We've noticed this little bar quite a few times but we've always just walked past as we're usually already en route to another destination but I think I'll give it a try when we're next out.![]()
All I can say is mmmmmmm! Not surprised the bill was out of focus after the Mortix and the brandies![]()

We stayed opposite Bar Romero a few years ago and got to really like the place. Glad it got a mention. I think we had a menu del deia there and after a full bottle of red wine each I remember little of the afternoon!
