Underground car park for the winter

We are bringing a car over this summer and leaving it there over the winter as expecting to be back and forth to Pollenca many times in the next year. We are looking for a undergroung parking space to store the car over the winter months, anyone have any ideas. I can find plenty in Palma but wanted one in the north.
