Villa Plus - Villa Carla

We have just spent 2 weeks at Villa Carla in Siller booked through Villa Plus.
Our Villa Plus rep 'Nuola' was absolutely fantastic. The most efficient holiday rep we have had in our 15 years of holidays in PP. A great ambassador for Villa Plus. Nothing was too much trouble for her & every request was handled quickly and with a smile. As a result - we would definitely use this company again.
Villa Carla is as described in the brochure with the exception of one bathroom which is more than tired and in need of a re-fit. Other than that the Villa lived up to its description, and the pool was the warmest we've experienced - in full sun all day - delightful.

Hmmm...I can't agree with this entirely. Have just returned from 2 weeks at this villa and firstly will say that Nuala, the holiday rep, did a brilliant job and addressed all concerns raised to her immediately. The villa on the otherhand, was frankly disappointing. Rooms were musty on arrival, downstairs was dark and cluttered, had to get the electricians in to fix faulty lights and a handyman to fix the outside BBQ. It has the feel of a villa that hasn't been refurbished for a number of years and as it stands I feel is overpriced for what you get.

Admittedly the location wasn't ideal either and when returning to this part of Mallorca would definitely prefer to be based in either Pollensa town or Cala de Sant Vicenc.
