WEATHER/FACILITIES IN FEBRUARY

We have been visiting PP for the past few years, always in June or July however this year we would like to try something different.

My hubby turns 40 in Feb 08 (the 21st to be precise) and we would love to mark the occasion by making spending a long weekend in PP and I was wondering what the weather might be like and also what would be open i.e. restaurants/bars/shops.

I realise that it will not be beach weather but anyone's previous experiences of being in the Port in Feb would be greatly appreciated.
