Hello

Hi All,

Another 'Newbie' just introducing myself/saying Hi.

Been coming to Pollensa since 2011 and our 4th visit is coming up in August this year. Been stalking this forum since 2011 so decided I should join and show my support.

The 1st time was with our 2yr old and we've now reached the milestone of bringing a 9yr old and 5 yr old.

Already waiting for August 2019 hols to be released as we've finally made our minds up (from the various family holidays we've had over the last 9 years) that Puerto Pollensa will always be our 1st choice ;-). Already looking forward to sitting in the Square and doing 'nothing'.

Thanks for adding me Sparky!

Cheers

Hello everybody. I am a new forum member; however I am not really "new" to Pollensa or Puerto de Pollensa. I have been spending my summers here since 1984! But I discovered this forum only recently. Hope to chat with some of you, from now on. Best of all!

Moving to Mallorca

Hello Folks
We've been visiting PP for about 4 years, normally 2/3 times per year. We've made decision to move from Ireland (me, wife and 6 year old son). I'll probably come out alone for winter this year (3 weeks PP and a 1 week Ireland) and see how we go. Looking forward to enjoying the forum and PP!

Hi! My name is Sole, and I was working in Cafe L'algar during 6 summers... from 2004 till 2009. I am from Argentina, and I remember lots of my Lovely customers...

Good afternoon,
I joined the forum last week but hadn’t got around to introducing myself.
I have recently moved to Pollensa town after having lived, on and off for many years in Soller town.
I still own a property there, the reason for the move, temporary for the moment but maybe permanently at a later date being the increasing difficulty of entering Soller during the high season and the proximity of a large public hospital. Also Pollensa currently seems to have a nicer balance between locals and tourists than Soller due to the ever increasing number of tour buses, hire cars and the train all of which arrive at the town and the port.
So, as they say here on the island, fins un altre.
