Changes ...

Thanks for the warm welcome Sparky
I understand that there have been some changes recently in Pollenca and it will be a bit different this time round.
Bar Alhambra has now moved to the main square ... not sure if that will have the same feel as before ... but I'll give it a go.
Lulu's has shut down ... any news on whether it has re-opened or what is happening there ... seemed a bit sudden?
La Font del Gal is (still) up for sale (I presume?)
Last time we was here there was work being done on a building next to the church in the main square ... any news on what it is?
and lastly ... phew!
Manzanas y Peras has shot to the number 1 spot on Trip Advisor ... no mean feat in these challenging times we find ourselves in ... I'll be popping in there for some lunch on my travels to try out there gorgeous food.

New to the forum but excited to be here!
Was out in PP in September with the family and had a fantastic time. As you would expect I fell in love with the place. So much so I am trying to work out how on earth I could get over there to live. Meanwhile, we'll all be back out in June of next year.
Anyway, I hope to get lots of useful tips and info on the area and hopefully will have something worth reading to say myself!

New to forum but not to Pollensa

Hello there members. Had a wonderful holiday in Puerto Pollensa about 3 years ago with my wife and our then 3 year old boy. So much so that I would consider buying at some stage.

Now have a 9 month old girl to add to the equation and looking some advice for my next visit in 2012.
