What is it that hotel called?

Please can someone tell me what the hotel is called on the corner opposite Villa Concha and next to the Montelin? It has blue glass doors. Please help a family argument to be resolved!

Not actually a hotel, I believe it is the Head Office of the hotel group, which owns a number of the hotels and apartments in PP.
