These items will only be allowed in street markets where the competent authorities consider that the seller in question has adequate facilities for sale.
The sale of imitation products of any brand also is totally prohibited.
Selection criteria
The new ordinance sets a limited duration of authorizations for sale, which shall not exceed one year and may be extended only to "authorize the holder to repayment of investments directly related to the activity."
