Choose the best make which is Daikin as if they are installed correctly they hardly ever go wrong and are very quiet and energy efficient.
I did install hundreds of these years ago for a UK company and I have a few at home that are now over 12 years old and still work perfectly.

I have seen a van with Daikin logos in pollensa, Fred Caimari , a basic website and you will find him of facebook if you search for ' Fred Caimari SLU '

What is like living in apartment compared to UK? What are neighbours generally like?

We lived in a few in London years ago and the noise insulation always seemed to be lacking (or we always had noisy neighbours!). We've got used to living in detached in countryside over last few years and in the long-term we'd be looking for something quiet and peaceful.

Living in a flat is always noisier than a detached dwelling and the tiled floors male them even noisier however becaure of the port many apartments are empty for long periods.

I sat outside La Bodeguita on the 1st of January 2018 in a cloudless, warm day. It was like a perfect spring day in Glasgow.

However..........we were across for San Atonio a couple of years back and it was cold.

I suppose like everywhere climate change affects everywhere.
