I have deleted Julian Simms post! I am just so sorry that I didn't see it last night as soon as it was published.

Lyn and Colins situation is not a soap opera!
Nobody needs to "delve" in to their situation!
It is highly personal and if she wanted more information posted, then it would have been, by the people who actually know her and have spoken to her.

Those of us who have spoken to her, know that she did not want details on a public forum, that is why in my last update, I explained that she was ok and getting better and thanked you all for your well wishes.....but that is all.
She said the same to Debz.

What was posted was totally inappropriate and those sorts of invasive posts won't be tolerated.

It should go without saying and I can't believe I'm having to write this.

I’m with you 100% Debz. It’s a very private matter and, no matter how well meant, is not a situation for open season debate on a social media platform. I too have known Lyn and Colin for a very long time and would not dream of sharing personal information on this Forum. There’s a very firm line drawn between concern and prying. I’m afraid that social media platforms encourage very inappropriate content, as this amply demonstrates.

Good evening,

I have some more current up to date information about Sparky.

So that I don’t have to suffer the indignant outrage that I did the last time I posted something about her (now deleted) anyone who might be interested please PM me.

I’m currently in Australia so I may not respond immediately.

I’m at a loss as to why you think it’s appropriate to ask people to PM you so you can share yet more personal details about someone you don’t even know, and WITHOUT her consent - it's completely abhorent! Sending someone, who also doesn’t know Sparky, to the hospital was bad enough, but to continue “delving” into her situation after her friends have specifically asked you to respect her privacy is beyond belief.
It’s intrusive, disrespectful, and frankly disgusting behaviour 🤬

Entering a hospital ward under false pretenses in Spain can be illegal, potentially constituting crimes such as fraud, trespassing, or other offenses depending on the specific circumstances and the intent behind the false pretense. Hospitals are private, regulated spaces, and unauthorized entry or obstruction of services is a serious matter that could lead to legal consequences.

Unfortunately I've had to ban Julian from the forum.
His posts about Sparky were unacceptable and despite being asked not to, for some reason, he felt the need to post about her yet again.
We have a responsibility to our members.

That’s an interesting comment Debz. Is it based on personal experience or hearsay ?

It’s fact.
Thanks.
I presume though that you are talking about hospitals in the U.K. even though you do say Spain.
Of course it would all depend on your understanding of false pretense.
Speaking personally, I have never experienced any problem when visiting a patient in a hospital, whether public or private.
