I doubt it Snowy. As Kenpool said, it's on a Saturday which is his day off and also he may be going to Wembley. If however he does open i will let you know.
I haven't decided where i am going to watch it yet but it will be in a Spanish bar ;).

Snowy,

Well the least you can do is get yourself into Town and reciprocate some of Toni's excellent hospitality.

Hear the Corporate meals at Wembley are pretty cheap !!

BonysLad :D:D

If I could have got a ticket would have done so only to pleased to do it. Is Toni coming over for the match ?? what a fan dedication for you.

What time will the match start on PP TV then. 8pm?

Save me a space at the bar, please Sparky.

Kenpool, i have not decided yet where i am going to watch it but it will most likely be EL Leon Dorado (The Golden Lion).;)

P.S. Kick-off time is 20.45pm here in PP.

If there wasn't enough to keep everyone occupied in the Port next week, now with Barca winning in the copa del Rey it sets up another clasico on Wednesday night against Real Madrid, where is the best bar to see football in the winter, is el Leon Dorado open or maybe Marina café?

SWS, Leon Dorado is closed until April. If you want to watch it in a Spanish bar with all the noise and banter then i would suggest Geminis18, friendly people and reasonable prices :D;).

Thanks Sparky, that's a couple of times I have heard you mention this place, is it new, where abouts is it? thanks

Hi sws
I'm sure Sparky will confirm this shortly - but as far as I remember its behind the church between Sa Pobla & Cafe D'eu Moll :)

Hi Sparky - we're both fine thanks. Hope you& Colin had a good Xmas & New year. ... looking fwd to catching up with you @ El Posito in May !
:-)

Back on thread, I expect you will be headed the the various bars to watch the football tonight, as usual half the port will be supporting Barca, the other half hoping they get beat, enjoy the atmosphere and if you wonder what all the noise is around 11, you will know why.

So whats your choices of best bars to watch the Euros next week?

It will be a bigger challenge trying to avoid it:D It'll be on everywhere!!!

For those trying to escape the footy, try Max's on Carrer de Mestral opposite O'Lume and EL Pozzo. Its a music bar and I don't think has TV!!;)
