We can only speak from experience. I think some people forget its not a private taxi and in life you only get what you pay for. Ressort hoppa happens in my opinion to be great value for money. You have to remember they are a multi national company operating all over the world not just running the odd bus up from Palma to PP. And if you Googled any Multi national company's complaints you would get more than a shock try Apple or Microsoft :) or closer to home and smaller something like an Airline :)

Can only speak from my experiences but have used resort hoppa for the last few years and have always been picked up at promised time. Have had a longer wait at airport a couple of times but i can deal with that as i am on holiday. Just really hope that i am not tempting fate and my next experience is awful.

We have used Resort Hoppa and have never had a problem. I think Viajes Urbis is the national coach company and we have to go to that desk at the airport when we arrive even though we have booked with RH. I think most of the shuttle companies, eg Shuttle Direct use Viajes Urbis as their local agent. However I may be wrong.

The only thing that annoys me about RH is the charges for booking. They charge £1.50 for debit cards and £3.00 for credit cards. This goes against a government ruling in the UK that 50p is the most that should be charged for debit cards and 2.5% for credit cards. As we book RH in the UK in sterling this should apply and when questioned they say that it costs them £1.50 and £3.00 respectively. If we had paid by credit card the cost of £3 on our booking would have worked out at 12%! It is also frustrating that their systems do not allow multiple bookings so when I needed to book 3 separate trips for different family members I had to pay £1.50 3 times!!

When we arrived this summer and used RH there were 3 of us and just one other person so we got door to door service in an eight seater people carrier! I thought this was very good because even though it was a Monday and nice and quiet, they could have made us wait for more people and go on a coach.

we always go with Jose ,utterly reliable ,always on time and he.s only charging €70 each way for four people .always waiting for us on arrival and straight to the villa front door .If we.re early he drops us off to unload the luggage and then runs us to the marina for a meal no extra charges .for families he has all the car seats for the kids .large parties no problem 8 of us with 3 kids was still only €100.

I used resorthoppa for my recent visit and had no problems. The wait at the airport on arrival was about 15 minutes and the coach was about 2/3 full - on the return I used their app to get the pick up time from Habitat (2 hours and 45 mins before flight) and arrived at airport 45 mins later - for 18 quid return I call that a bargain!

Just had a "special offer" email from RH and their UK address is given at the end as A2B Transfers.com in Surrey so they are presumably the same company!

from what I understand they all joined together around April this year which including Transunion < spelling ? So all transfers this summer have been handled by the same desks and agents in Palma Airport and its all now 1 company ressort Hoppa are world wide

Resort Hoppa v taxi

We used Zarza Taxis this year for 4 adults and 2 under 5s at a cost of 95 Euros each way, including child seats. We figured that the cost of 2 days' car hire for a 7-seater for the six of us, plus luggage, wouldn't cost much less than that.
I've just done a quick price check with Resort Hoppa and their cost would be 46 euros each way. So, for the cost of 49 euros each way we were met at arrivals and taken direct to our apartment - in just over an hour. And on the return journey, they were outside our apartment promptly at the agreed time. No need to allow extra time for other pickups.

Yes, it probably was a bit more expensive. But for us, particularly with 2 young children, the joy of not having any waiting time with Resort Hoppa and not having to drop off a hire car was definitely worth it.
