Just had a takeaway out here as tolos was shut. To say it was rotten would be kind.

Carbonara was bland and the pizza was tiny and poor. Overall poor food with poor portions. Tolos is a million miles better.

Unfortunately what you say doesn't surprise me Hoopy! We have given Eolo's a few chances (before and after their last re-furb a few years back and it has let us and the kids down to the point where we avoid it. However, I had been told in March they have a new crew there and that it was worth another try. We'll keep well clear - quality clearly hasn't improved!

Hola, it's a shame because, as I have said before on the forum, we have had some lovely pizzas there on several occasions in the past (their seafood and Eolo's special were especially good. After a poor performance on our last visit in July, though, we were put off, and these reviews have convinced me to steer clear. Have to agree re Tolo's, have loved their pizzas every time.

As we stay at the Playa Mar tend to get take aways from Little Italy, but we have had pizza a few times at Il Angelo and find them very good, as is their pasta (but not as good as Laroc's!!)

Agree about Il Angelo - we had some excellent meals there last October - including their pizza

Not sure if Il Angelo is open, the last i heard it was up for sale as was Tots .

Yes, I hear that Tots has new owners now...although we haven't had time to check it out yet.
