A lot of travel companies are now advertising this hotel - love to go there csv great place and only down road from PP - is it truely open or are the companies using it to fill other hotels ?? price for 1 per is about 150-500 gbp cheaper than the Don Pedro (without flight) 3 offers are available so please help if you can.

Hi Steve The Simar has been shut for a few years what we did notice last year was that the Don Pedro appears to be using it for some of their residents, but it looks run down and their reception area etc. was not open. They had access from their hotel, like some sort of overspill Would not like to stay if that is still the case this year.
