Newbie - Anyone Booked Through Pollensa Properties?

Hello,

I've just joined and have been having a look round the forum. It looks great with loads of useful info and I look forward to 'meeting' you all.

Just wondering if anyone has booked accommodation through Pollensaproperties.com ? I found them through your main site, and have just booked an apartment for a week at the end of May. It's the 'Pine Walk Anglada' - though it's not technically on the Pine Walk. I'm pretty sure it's right next to the Hotel Daina from the photos.

Has anyone stayed in these apartments or used this company before?

Can't comment upon the company (we've used Villa Parade for years) but it sounds like your accomodation is in a great spot.

You will find this to be a very useful site, particularly for restaurant reviews, and everyone is very friendly and helpful.

The apartment is certainly very central, and the lady I've been dealing with at Pollensa Properties seems has been very attentive. So I'm hopeful it will be a good find.

I looked at Villa Parade myself - they seem really good as well.

I'm looking forward to using the site, in fact I'm quite excited to find a forum about my favourite holiday spot!

Hi Bunny, Welcome to the forum. I nearly booked with pollensa properties for July this year. They were extremely helpful and put up with my endless emails. I too was looking to book the Anglada, but at the last minute we booked another apartment from a private renter on this site. They seemed very efficient to me and if our other enquiry hadn't come through we would have used pollensa properties.

I've just realised after some confusion on my part (not uncommon!) that the "Pine Walk Anglada" that we have booked through Pollensaproperties.com is in the same building as the IRU apartments, next to the Daina.

I had thought our apartment was above IRU restaurant, and when I saw references here to the IRU apartments, the penny dropped that the one we've booked would be in the same building. I see the IRU apartments are for rent in the private renters section of the main website.
