Palma sightseeing bus

Just returned from another visit to pp during which we took advantage of the newly introduced open topped sightseeing bus in Palma, it was excellent and I wouLd recommend it to all. The ticket was about 13 Euros and is valid all day so you can ride all round the route then decide what you want to see and go round again (and again and again !) getting on and off where you want.
Also free headphones are provided to listen to the commentry in a language of your choice.

Palma sightseeing

sounds great, where does the bus leave from?
in all of the times we have gone to palma we always end up in same area around the Cathedral which is spectacular, and Placa Major but feel that we have missed out on other touristy things.
Did have lunch once or twice in the Mediteranneo restaurant which is on the Paseo Maritimo, excellent value, reminded me a bit like the Rogano restuarant in Glasgow, but about 1/4 of the price.
i digress, going back end of Sept with 12year old so the bus trip would be good :hat

Have a look at www.city-sightseeing.com/index.htm although I´m not sure if it gives much detail as to the route. Says it starts at the Muelle Commercial (commercial port).
